Managing Email Accounts in Enhance

Configuring Email Functionality

To enable mailbox creation and forwarding, ensure the following:

1. An Email role is installed on a server.
2. The website is assigned an Email role.
3. A Roundcube domain is configured in:
   • Settings > Platform > Platform domains > Roundcube domain.
4. The hosting package includes Email accounts.

Adding a Mailbox or Forwarder-only Account

1. Open Email in the left sidebar.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add account.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the form with the desired email address and select the account type:
   • Mailbox or Forwarder-only.
4. Complete the form and click Add.

Email Authentication

Enhance supports SPF and DKIM for email validation:

• SPF: Automatically added to every domain.
• DKIM: Provides additional authentication by signing messages.

Enabling DKIM:

1. Open Websites in the left sidebar.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the desired website and go to Domains in the top menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the domain, then scroll to Email authentication.
4. Toggle DKIM to On:
   
   
   
   
   • If DNS is managed by Enhance, wait for automatic validation.
   • For external DNS, follow the provided instructions to complete authentication.
