Does transferring a domain move my website or email?
No. A registrar transfer changes domain management. Website and mailbox migrations are separate tasks. Keep the existing DNS services active unless you have agreed a planned migration.
What does a transfer cost?
Use the current transfer fee in the catalogue above. The included registration extension depends on the registry. Ask us to confirm the fee and renewal term where no transfer price is shown.
How long does a transfer take?
Timing depends on the domain extension, eligibility checks and registrar approvals. Confirm these before planning your move, especially if the domain is near expiry.
Can I transfer a .sg or .com.sg domain?
QUAPE can assist with Singapore domain transfers. Obtain the required transfer password from your existing registrar and follow the current SGNIC authorisation process.
Will my website and email continue working?
They can continue when DNS and hosting remain active and correctly configured. Check whether your old registrar also supplies DNS hosting and whether that service ends on transfer.
