Rack space from 1U to 42U

Shared-rack space for one server, or a half or full private rack.

Power included

Outlets and a kVA allowance sized to each plan.

Bandwidth and IPv4 included

Shared or dedicated bandwidth and an IP allocation with every plan.

TIA-942 facility

Redundant power and cooling with controlled physical access.

99.9% uptime SLA

A written commitment for power and network availability.

Access during office hours

Visit your equipment by appointment.

What is this plan good for?

Businesses with their own servers

Move hardware out of the office server room into a proper facility.

IT providers and MSPs

House client infrastructure in Singapore with room to grow.

Regional companies

A Singapore point of presence for latency-sensitive services.

Care and support, with a clear scope

Space and power

Confirm rack units, equipment dimensions, measured power draw and feed requirements. Plan for the hardware you expect to add.

Connectivity and access

Review bandwidth, IP addresses, cross-connects and authorised access. Arrange any remote-hands tasks in advance.

Installation and operations

Schedule delivery and connectivity testing, then document hardware, operating-system, monitoring and backup responsibilities.

Rack space is not a complete managed application service. Confirm access arrangements, remote-hands tasks and charges, and any additional management.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP

From selection to setup.

Choose the service, confirm requirements and plan delivery with our team.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick the plan and billing cycle that fits. You can change plans later as you grow.

  2. 2

    Check out and pay

Pay by PayNow, card, GrabPay or bank transfer. Your invoice is issued immediately in SGD.

  3. 3

    We plan the installation

We confirm equipment dimensions, power draw, network and delivery with you.

  4. 4

    Rack and go live

Deliver or ship your hardware; we rack it and bring the network up.

Choose the support you need.

Compare management scope alongside hardware. A server specification alone is not a backup or application-support agreement.

Infrastructure and access

Confirm rack space, power, connectivity, equipment access and remote hands for hardware you own.

System and application management

Agree responsibility for operating-system updates, monitoring, databases, application fixes and third-party licences.

Backups and recovery

Confirm coverage, retention, restore testing and recovery assistance. Document the recovery targets your workload needs.

Support and commercial terms

Confirm support channels, coverage hours, response arrangements, renewals and any setup or migration charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Server Colocation questions.

Have a requirement that is not covered here?

Ask Our Team
What is server colocation?

You own the server; we provide the rack space, power, cooling, network and physical security in our data centre.

What is included in the monthly price?

Rack space, a power allowance, bandwidth and IPv4 addresses as listed on each plan.

Can I visit my server?

Yes, by appointment during office hours.

Can you help with remote hands?

Yes. Reboots, cable checks and part swaps can be arranged; ask us about scope.

What if I need more power or bandwidth?

Tell us your requirements and we will quote an upgrade to your plan.

What should I include in a colocation enquiry?

Provide rack-space needs, equipment dimensions, power draw, bandwidth and IP requirements. Include delivery, access and any remote-hands or management requirements.

What connectivity should I confirm?

Review shared or committed bandwidth, traffic expectations and cross-connect needs. Agree escalation and service commitments; network redundancy does not guarantee uninterrupted application availability.

Can QUAPE manage my colocated equipment?

Discuss supported hardware tasks, operating-system work, monitoring and backups. Remote hands and ongoing management have different scopes; agree permissions, responsibilities and charges before deployment.
