Need help choosing? →

Single-tenant hardware

Physical compute and storage dedicated to your deployment; install a compatible application or virtualisation stack.

Enterprise servers

Dell PowerEdge-class hardware with RAID storage and ECC memory.

Singapore data centre

TIA-942 facility with redundant power and cooling.

Bandwidth and IP addresses included

A generous monthly allowance and IPv4 addresses with every server.

Built to your brief

We confirm operating system, RAID layout and network with you before delivery.

Management options

Run it yourself, or agree a managed scope for updates, monitoring and backups.

What is this plan good for?

Databases and ERP

Workloads that need consistent disk and memory performance.

High-traffic e-commerce

Stores where shared or virtual resources become the bottleneck.

Compliance-sensitive systems

Applications that must run on single-tenant hardware in Singapore.

Care and support, with a clear scope

A suitable hardware profile

Match CPU, memory, storage and RAID design to the application rather than choosing only by headline specifications.

Connectivity with context

Confirm shared or committed bandwidth, IP requirements and security controls. A network port speed is not the same as a bandwidth commitment.

Deployment with validation

Confirm inventory and configuration, then test access, monitoring, backups and the application before cutover.

Hardware inventory and deployment timing must be confirmed. Agree operating-system, patching, backup and application-support responsibilities separately.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP

From selection to setup.

Choose the service, confirm requirements and plan delivery with our team.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick the plan and billing cycle that fits. You can change plans later as you grow.

  2. 2

    Check out and pay

Pay by PayNow, card, GrabPay or bank transfer. Your invoice is issued immediately in SGD.

  3. 3

    We confirm your build

An engineer contacts you to confirm OS, storage layout and any extras.

  4. 4

    Server handed over

Hardware is built, tested and handed over with access details.

Choose the support you need.

Compare management scope alongside hardware. A server specification alone is not a backup or application-support agreement.

Infrastructure and access

Confirm compute, storage, connectivity and infrastructure support with the selected plan.

System and application management

Agree responsibility for operating-system updates, monitoring, databases, application fixes and third-party licences.

Backups and recovery

Confirm coverage, retention, restore testing and recovery assistance. Document the recovery targets your workload needs.

Support and commercial terms

Confirm support channels, coverage hours, response arrangements, renewals and any setup or migration charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dedicated Servers questions.

Have a requirement that is not covered here?

Ask Our Team
What is a dedicated server?

A physical server rented to one customer. The physical compute and storage are assigned to your deployment. Network connectivity and facility services may still use shared infrastructure.

How long does setup take?

Standard configurations are typically ready within a few business days after we confirm the build with you.

Can I customise the hardware?

Yes. The BYOS plans start from a base chassis and we quote memory, disks and network to your specification.

Do you manage the server?

By default you have full control. A managed scope can be added; we agree exactly what it covers before you commit.

Dedicated server or VPS?

Choose a VPS for flexibility and lower cost, and a dedicated server when you need all the resources of a machine or single-tenant hardware.

What makes a dedicated server different from a VPS?

A dedicated server is a physical machine allocated to one customer. A VPS provides a virtualised resource profile. Workload requirements, isolation and operational control determine the appropriate choice.

How quickly can my server be deployed?

Timing depends on available hardware and the required operating system, storage and network configuration. Confirm inventory and an estimated delivery schedule before planning your move.

Can QUAPE tailor the configuration and management?

Available hardware options depend on inventory. Discuss CPU, memory, storage, networking and the tasks you want managed, including monitoring, patching, backups and application support.
