What is this plan good for?

Growing websites and stores

Sites that have outgrown shared hosting and need configurable resources.

Business applications

ERP, CRM, accounting and internal tools that need their own server.

Developers and agencies

Staging, APIs and client projects where root access matters.

Care and support, with a clear scope

Resources for your workload

Match CPU, memory and storage to measured demand. Confirm operating-system support, backup requirements and licences.

A planned ERP move

Review the application, database and integrations with your ERP vendor. Agree acceptance tests, cutover and rollback arrangements.

Clear management boundaries

Separate infrastructure support from operating-system patching and application management, so each team knows what it handles.

Management, migration and paid software are scoped separately. Standard VPS plans are not automatically suitable or certified for every ERP platform.

Backups and recovery

Frequently Asked Questions

VPS Hosting questions.

Have a requirement that is not covered here?

Ask Our Team
What is a VPS?

A virtual private server is a slice of a physical server with its own operating system and reserved CPU, memory and storage. It behaves like a dedicated server at a lower cost.

Is the VPS managed or unmanaged?

You get full root access and can manage it yourself. If you prefer, we can discuss a managed scope covering updates, monitoring and backups.

How fast will my VPS be ready?

We review each order by hand. Most servers are delivered within one business day of payment.

Can I upgrade my VPS later?

Yes. You can move to a larger plan as your workload grows; we will plan the change with you to minimise downtime.

Which operating systems can I run?

Common Linux distributions are available, and Windows Server can be discussed. Tell us what your application needs when you order.

Is ERP management included in the VPS price?

Infrastructure resources and managed ERP support are different scopes. Ask for an assessment of your application, database, licences and support needs, with recurring and one-off costs itemised.

Should I choose VPS or dedicated hardware?

A VPS can suit a workload that fits its resources and vendor requirements. Dedicated hardware may suit larger databases or specific isolation needs. Review compatibility, usage and recovery requirements before choosing.

Should an ERP workload move away from public cloud?

Not always. Compare total costs and operational needs. Provider-specific services, elasticity or a costly architecture change may favour staying on public cloud; predictable workloads may suit managed VPS.
