WordPress Security Recovery for Confirm Good
QUAPE helped recover a compromised, content-heavy WordPress website, checked for further malware, strengthened the installation and moved it to an Enterprise WordPress hosting environment.
The situation
What the customer needed resolved
Confirm Good reported that its WordPress website had been compromised and that the incident remained unresolved for more than one week before QUAPE was engaged. A high-publishing-frequency website required a careful recovery that protected content and reduced avoidable disruption.
Privacy and scope: Credentials, security-sensitive indicators and private mailbox details are intentionally excluded.
