What the customer needed resolved
Intimate Closet LLP was operating multiple legacy systems that had been implemented and managed separately. The detached setup created avoidable recurring costs, duplicated administration and made updates more difficult to coordinate. The customer needed a simpler environment that could be maintained by one technical team while continuing to support its website operations.
Privacy and scope: Credentials, security-sensitive indicators, private system details and mailbox data are intentionally excluded.
How the project was handled
Reviewed the legacy systems, hosting arrangements, dependencies, update requirements and recurring costs before defining the consolidation scope.
Planned a consolidated WordPress architecture and migration sequence that reduced unnecessary standalone systems without disrupting required website functions.
Merged and rebuilt the required website components in a more maintainable WordPress environment.
Updated WordPress, the relevant site components and integrations, then checked compatibility and core customer workflows.
Moved the consolidated platform to QUAPE Managed WordPress Hosting with backups, monitoring and ongoing technical support.
The documented result
According to QUAPE project records, the consolidation reduced the number of detached systems, simplified ongoing management and lowered the customer’s annual system costs by up to 60%. The platform was also updated as part of the project and placed under coordinated WordPress development and hosting support. Results are specific to this customer’s previous systems and costs; the same percentage is not guaranteed for other projects.
Evidence boundary
QUAPE project record supplied by the project team. The percentage compares the customer’s previous combined annual legacy-system costs with the consolidated solution. Absolute invoices, vendor contracts and private system details are not published, so no universal cost-saving claim is made.
